Peter has over 20 years experience working as both a Commercial Broker and Underwriter. He is designated as both a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and an Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB). Over the last several years Peter has focused on the Entertainment field, but he has an extensive background in providing Manufacturing, Municipal and Construction Insurance as well as US Products Liability coverage. Peter has developed strong relationships with the Commercial Underwriters represented by Shephard Ashmore, helping us to obtain the best coverage options available for our clients. Peter has a Level III license and serves as our broker nominee and President.

Craig began his entrepreneurial career building and managing the popular Vancouver recording studio Desolation Sound, where he produced and engineered albums for many local artists. As an early adopter of web marketing, Craig combined his interests in music and business technology, founding CDman, a successful web based merchandising website for independent musicians.

Since joining Shephard Ashmore in 2008, Craig's primary focus has been on the strategic growth of our market presence plus improvements to company work flows and product delivery. He oversees the company’s strategic and technological vision and holds a level two insurance license.

Samantha has 15 years of experience in the fields of Entertainment and Corporate insurance, 10 of those years with Shephard Ashmore. Sam is an Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and holds a Level II license. Sam's goal is to provide timely, knowledgeable and professional service.  Her broad technical knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance is of great value to our clients and underwriters alike.

Tracy has 30 years of experience in the fields of Property and Casualty insurance. Starting out as Executive Assistant to the VP of a large Vancouver based brokerage, she moved into claims adjustment for a number of years before joining us in 2006. Tracy’s knowledge and professionalism, coupled with her substantial practical experience, enable her to provide excellent service to our customers and underwriters alike. Tracy holds a Level I license, but her knowledge and expertise make her a level III asset to our company.

Brandi has 15 years of active broker experience, holds a Level II license and a CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation. With a background in both property and auto insurance, Brandi is focused on specializing in personal lines and travel medical insurance. She strives to achieve a highly professional relationship with her clients built on trust and expertise and is always willing to offer assistance when needed. Brandi joined the Shephard Ashmore team in January 2012 and enjoys serving our clientele with strong attention to detail and catering to specific requirements. She is an active voice in the local community attending events and networking to increase her knowledge and expertise with regards to the insurance needs and concerns or her clients. Brandi likes “thinking outside the box” with contributions to our blog and newsletter as well as instructing for the IBABC (Insurance Brokers Association of BC).

Fiona has been in insurance for 6 years and has been with Shephard Ashmore since the beginning of her career.  She is a designated Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and holds a Level I license.  Having completed 3 of 4 CAIB courses and working toward her Level II license, Fiona is well on her way toward achieving her goal of a solid knowledge base, which she puts to good daily use working with our clients.
